Never Ending Weaving Stories
New England Weavers Seminar 2013 continues the tradition set by the first NEWS, offering a wide range of classes from 1/2 day to 4 days for beginning to advanced weavers and fiber artists.
Set in lovely Northampton Massachusetts on the Smith College campus, the event offers more than classes. Exhibits, awards, speakers, fashion shows and a marketplace round out the experience.
Economically priced housing is offered in Smith College dorms with meals provided by the college. The town of Northampton is within walking distance of the campus and is home to excellent restaurants and a wide variety of shops. There are alternate housing options in the town for those who may prefer them.
This year’s program is particularly impressive, with a broad range of subjects taught by esteemed international and national instructors.
